Course Overview

This advanced course prepares nurses to confidently manage pediatric emergencies using the PALS framework. The curriculum covers the key differences between adult and pediatric assessment, structured approaches like ABCDE, SAMPLE, and OPQRST, and hands-on management of airway, resuscitation, and defibrillation in pediatric patients. By the end of this course, you will be equipped to recognize deteriorating pediatric patients early and lead effective resuscitation and stabilization efforts.
